Fairly clean place, INCREDIBLE service, informative staff. The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of fantastic food. Our twin/double room was more than functional. This cosy hotel had remote setting. Also - right by a beautiful valley, Santa Elena, Monteverde.

Hospitable hotel, my first choice in Monteverde. I had standard queen room with a private bathroom. The service offered here was marvellous. I ate at a modest restaurant❤

We greatly enjoyed to be at Belcruz, its people and location. The view from the patio. There is restaurante nuestra tradicion serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel.

A bit rowdy street.
